After clicking on ‘View Cart,’ if you find the page empty or lacking an enquiry form, you need to add a shortcode to that page.

In screenshot 3, you can search for the shortcode text, drag and drop the element onto the enquiry page, and then paste the shortcode. [ENQUIRY_CART]
This will resolve the issue. If it is not reflected, then clear the cache memory of your website.
