1. Product-Level Settings Overview
WISDM Product Enquiry Pro allows you to easily configure key settings for each individual product. These settings include:
- Enable/Disable Product Price: Hide or display the product price.
- Enable/Disable Add to Cart Button: Toggle the visibility of the Add to Cart button.
- Enable/Disable Enquiry Button: Show or hide the Enquiry button for specific products.
These settings provide granular control, making it easier to customize the functionality and user experience for individual products.
2. Managing Product Visibility and Functionality
To manage these settings for an individual product, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Access the Product Edit Page
- From your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to Products → All Products.
- Click on the product for which you want to modify the settings. This will take you to the Product Edit page.
Step 2: Configure Product-Level Settings
On the product edit page, you’ll see the PEP Settings section, which includes the following options:
- Price: You can disable the product price by unchecking the Show Price option. When the price is hidden, the Add to Cart button will automatically be disabled for that product.
- Add to Cart Button: You can enable or disable the Add to Cart button for that product. If the price is hidden, the Add to Cart button will automatically be disabled.
- Enquiry Button: You can choose to show or hide the Enquiry button for specific products.
Once you’ve selected your desired options, click Update to save the changes.
Example Configuration:
- Hide Price: Unchecked (Price will not be shown)
- Disable Add to Cart: Enabled (Add to Cart button will be hidden)
- Show Enquiry Button: Enabled (Enquiry button will be displayed)
3. Using Bulk Actions for Multiple Products
If you need to apply the same settings to multiple products at once, you don’t need to visit each individual product edit page.
WISDM Product Enquiry Pro offers Bulk Actions to enable or disable product price, Add to Cart button, and Enquiry button for multiple products simultaneously.
Step 1: Navigate to the Product List Page
- From your WordPress Dashboard, go to Products → All Products.
- On this page, you will see a list of all products in your store.
Step 2: Select Products for Bulk Actions
- Select multiple products using the checkboxes on the left side of the product list.
- Once selected, choose a Bulk Action from the dropdown menu at the top of the page.
Step 3: Apply the Bulk Actions
PEP offers the following bulk actions for managing product visibility and functionality:
- Enable Enquiry: Displays the Enquiry button for the selected products.
- Disable Enquiry: Removes the Enquiry button for the selected products.
- Enable Add to Cart: Displays the Add to Cart button for the selected products.

4. PEP Product Quick View
To make managing these product-level settings even easier, WISDM Product Enquiry Pro provides a Quick View feature directly from the product list page.
Step 1: Quick View Icons
In the Visibility column of the product list page, you will see three icons representing the visibility status of each feature for the product:
- Enquiry Button: The first icon shows whether the Enquiry button is enabled (eye icon for visible, crossed-out eye icon for hidden).
- Product Price: The second icon shows whether the Product Price is visible (price tag icon for visible, crossed-out price tag for hidden).
- Add to Cart Button: The third icon shows whether the Add to Cart button is enabled (cart icon for visible, crossed-out cart icon for hidden).
By simply looking at these icons, you can quickly determine the visibility status of each feature for the products listed.
Step 2: Modify Settings from the Quick View
If you wish to change the settings for any product, simply click the corresponding icon to edit the product-level settings for the Enquiry Button, Price, or Add to Cart button.
